A rough is what my graphic designer refers to as an early draft of the cover design she is working on for my book.
She and I met two weeks ago and I am really excited to be working with her. She has done some amazing work with established authors and I am her first self-publishing author client.
I am hopeful that she will have a couple of designs to choose from this week and that it will not be too much longer before the book is typeset and heading for distribution.
It's a super exciting time for me just now.
I have my fingers crossed that I will have something to look at by the middle of the week.

How exciting! I hope it's just what you're hoping for. I'm so impressed that you've written a book - hopefully it will hit the shelves on our side of the pond!
