I think there is now officially a problem with chocolates in Ireland. Specifically there are too many varieties and it's hard to tell what is wonderful from what is terrible.
We need a grading system like they have for cognac.
For cognac they have VS, VSOP and XO.
For chocolates they should have TLS, BTTD, VMG, PD, and OMGTG. They could stamp it right there on the box or packaging.
Then I could limit my disappointment.
Discuss.

I only eat the PD and OMGTG varieties these days.
I'll take a look at the book nonetheless
OMGTG = Oh My God That's Good or something else?
PD = ?
