Time to pull back

I have been thinking of deactivating my facebook account. I am conflicted between the way it satisfies my inane curiousity about what others are doing and the way it wastes time and distracts me from what I could and should be doing.

I started using it and found it brilliant for reconnecting with old friends and for that I am truly grateful. On the other hand it seems to be a monumental waste of time for the other 99% of instances that I use it.

I went in there today and went to the deactivate my account option.. but didn't go through with it.

I still may deactivate it tonight. I could of course just ignore it but I don't trust myself to stay away from it.
